Probablly made the sweat drip more without your hair to soak it up. Did you set an INTENTION for your practice? :)
HA! Yeah, when I saw the word "intention", I figured I had to use this. My intention was to not overheat, but that didn't really work out. I'm not so well suited for the heated yoga, but I know tons of people love it.
Hot Yoga is so intense! Wonderful intention!
